In Training...

Actually, I really have started to get back into a 'normal' routine that
involves less eating and more physical activities. My knees hurt too much
when my weight gets up there. A good message from my body.


  1. I get too exhausted to do anything after I sleep all day. Good enough reason for me to count sleeping a sort of physical activity. You should try it sometime.

  2. Good One! If they ever make sleeping a sport, I'm in!
